What information Dailybot collects from your team

The app helps teams stay aligned by prompting people to share their daily work, progress, and any blockers.

To provide this experience, it collects limited, basic information, including:

User profile details (email, name, integration user ID, and authentication tokens when needed)

Responses to check-in questions, including optional motivational prompts

It does not read or collect information from private conversations or channels where it isn’t involved. It only processes:

Direct messages between a user and the bot

Messages in channels where the bot is explicitly tagged
