What’s DailyBot?
DailyBot is a chat assistant for asynchronous collaboration. It helps you keep your team motivated and in sync regarding work, progress and key milestones. DailyBot is proven to improve your agile best practices and organization transparency.
How many users should I pay for?
You can manage active and inactive users in DailyBot, and you will only pay for Active ones, here's an example: imagine your Organization has 1,000 members in your chat platform (Slack, Google Chat or MS Teams) and 50 of them are registered in DailyBot. Out of the 50 DailyBot users, you can mark just 30 as Active.
You pay only for those 30 who are active. Additionally, you can allow users from your organization to register in DailyBot (by themselves) and be added automatically to your paid plan, or you can moderate it so that an administrator is required to approve new users.
Do you have a free trial of your premium features?
Every new DailyBot user starts with a free trial for 14 days of our Standard plan. After the trial expires, the organization is automatically moved to the Free plan, where users can continue testing the product or choose to upgrade to one of our paid plans.

Yes, you can always manage and control your plan. If you want to cancel your plan, you can do it in one click from the admin panel; your plan will still be valid for the period you already paid for.
