Additionally, DailyBot informs that information of the Users may be accessed by third parties for the only purpose of provision of its services. In any case, DailyBot will duly block the personal data of the Users, not having access to the same from the moment in which these cease to be necessary to comply with the purpose for which they were collected, being only treated in the event that this is required by the competent judicial or administrative authority in the cases expressly established in the Law.
To improve the Platform, DailyBot needs to analyze metrics of Users' system usage. DailyBot is also a chatbot whose improvement depends on the enhancement of its artificial intelligence, which makes it necessary to analyze the information and data generated by the Users in the Platform. In this sense, DailyBot will only process the contents and data of the Users who are using a Free Plan. In case the User is registered under a Paid Plan (Startup, Business, Enterprise), DailyBot will not process these data.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that DailyBot processes the data and content generated by Users such as, for example, the content of conversations, answers to motivational questions, etc., DailyBot will implement the technical and organizational measures necessary to pseudonymize or even anonymize this information.
In any case, the User's privacy is very important to DailyBot, so whenever we process your data we will do so for internal purposes, protecting the confidentiality of our Users and implementing the security and organizational measures necessary to protect such data.
Functionalities of DailyBot’s Platform may use geolocation when the device logs on to it or in which it is installed (e.g. smartphone).
The User may directly disable this option in the device or browser itself, however, deactivation of this option may restrict the use of some of the features of the Platform, which may not work properly.
