Form approval actions show technical text in Slack or Teams

Symptom

When you approve or deny a form request in Slack or Microsoft Teams, the confirmation may appear as raw technical JSON instead of a readable message.

Status

This issue is fixed. Approve, deny, and already-approved actions now return clear, translated confirmation messages.

What to do

No action is required. If technical text still appears, retry the action and contact Dailybot support with the workspace platform and approximate time.

Notes

• This affected confirmation messages in Slack and Microsoft Teams only.
• Web app and CLI approval behavior was not affected.
