Shortcut integration guide

Connect Shortcut to Dailybot to integrate your team’s project and task activity in check-in reports. Activity is automatically surfaced alongside daily updates.

Email matching required: Email addresses must match between Dailybot and Shortcut users for proper activity logging.

Detailed setup

Step 1: Copy the hook URL

Go to Dailybot Settings → Integrations → Shortcut and copy your unique webhook URL.

Step 2: Add webhook in Shortcut

  1. Open the Shortcut app and go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks
  2. Create a new webhook entry
  3. Paste the Dailybot URL and save

Activity tracking in reports

  1. Open the check-in settings for the check-in you want to enhance
  2. Go to Sharing → Advanced Options
  3. Enable Activity tracking

Activity logged within 24 hours before a check-in response through the end of that day appears as an automatically added column in reports. Activity is visible in both chatbot reports and the web app.
