Goal

You want to have a healthy practice of daily meetings in order to help people synchronize and have information about what the rest of the team is doing, you also want to identify blockers faster to react to them immediately. This daily huddle (a.k.a. daily stand-up) template will help you achieve just that.

Questions

  1. What did you work on yesterday?
  2. What are you planning to work on today?
  3. Is there anything blocking your progress?

You can also use a variation which is much more focused on completed work and achievements:

  1. What were your yesterday's key accomplishments?
  2. What are your key goals to be accomplished today?
  3. Any blockers or issues to report?
